Q. I can't track my order? What's going on it doesn't work!

A. Please wait 24-48 hours for the system to update with you tracking information. When the courier service updates your order, your tracking number should work. 

Q. My product isn't working?

A. Please contact our support team, we will try to troubleshoot your device, if we deem that it is a faulty device, we will instantly replace it. Fortunately due to the high quality nature of our product this is a rare occurence. 

Q. Are E-Hookah's Safe?

A. We take quality control very seriously, we use the highest quality components and liquids available. We are backed by product liability insurance, but with hundred's of thousands of happy customers. All our ingredients used are published on the packaging.
